Is your current site mobile friendly?

According to Google, nearly 60% of search queries come from mobile devices and Google gives higher ranking to responsive mobile friendly websites!

Also all sites must have a security (SSL) certificate to avoid flagging and blocking by browsers as an unsafe site.

What does a responsive website do to make it mobile friendly?
Responsive website design for mobile devices is based on a format that's built on the Bootstrap framework to create a single version of a web site that auto-adjusts to display properly on all devices, from large desktop screens to tablets and smart phones. As a result of Google's announcement that all sites must now be responsive, everyone is now claiming to be a responsive web site designer but creating responsive web site designs is more than just slapping a logo on a prefab template and adding text.

Our responsive web site design services aren't a one size fits all solution, each site is designed with custom graphics and coded to reflect our clients image and business culture, from simple responsive web site design to complex enterprise solutions, each web site is specifically tailored to our client's needs.

How can you tell if your website is responsive?
Here's an easy way to check on your desktop: Go to your website and click and hold the bottom right corner of your browser window and drag it to the left, shrinking the page from full screen to an area the size of a smartphone. Your website is responsive if the layout changes to fit the small screen area and is easy to read and navigate. You'll also see that the navigation disappears and is replaced by a small box with three lines. Clicking this box activates a drop down box with your navigation links

Now what?
If your website adapted it's layout when you reduced your browser window - congratulations! you're good to go, but if all you saw was the upper left side of your site then you'll need to reconfigure your website to comply with the new requirements. *Note: Even if your site did shrink and change it's layout make sure that the navigation, text and graphics display correctly and are user friendly on tablets and smart phones
